IPNS Small Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS) Beam Lines

Two SANS instruments at Argonne's Intense Pulsed Neutron Source serve the scientific user community. Beam time to general users is allocated through proposals received semiannually and reviewed by a Program Advisory Committee. Regular and rapid access proposal forms can be obtained from www.pns.anl.gov. IPNS is operated by the University of Chicago for the United States Department of Energy.
